In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context requires otherwise:

The minimum deposit on pkr398 is Rs 200 (or the equivalent in USDT at the prevailing rate). pkr398 does not impose platform-side deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which pkr398 accepts no responsibility.

All deposits are made in the currency supported by your chosen payment method. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). USDT deposits are credited to your pkr398 wallet in USDT at the rate applied at the time of the transaction.

pkr398 reserves the right to refuse or reverse deposits where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any violation of these Terms. Any such deposits may be held pending investigation and reported to the relevant authorities where required.

Withdrawal requests on pkr398 are subject to the following conditions:

pkr398 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and reload promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page on the pkr398 platform at the time of the offer.

The following general conditions apply to all pkr398 bonuses unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise:

In the event of a dispute regarding a game or betting outcome, pkr398's decision is final. Players may raise disputes through the pkr398 support team within 30 days of the relevant transaction. Disputes raised after this period will not be considered.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pkr398 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Opening more than one pkr398 account or assisting another person to create an account for deceptive or exploitative purposes.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the requested timeframe.
